Welcome to Sarasota Villaroy.
This comfortable and convenient villa sleeps 6 people, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a 28 ft private pool and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Sarasota.
If you like the idea of Florida, but Miami seems too brash and Orlando is not for you, then Sarasota may be just your place. Lying on the eastern shores of Sarasota Bay and lapped by the clear waters of the Gulf with sand so white it looks like fine sugar, it is without doubt a beach resort. However, it also has a thriving cultural community. This is mainly thanks to the many investments and appreciation of John and Mable Ringling for the arts which ultimately led to the development of art galleries, theatres and concert halls, with Sarasota evolving into a haven for artists, sculptors, performers and musicians.
Sarasota County has 35 miles of Gulf Beaches, 2 State Parks, 22 Municipal Parks and approximately 80 golf courses; with nearly a quarter of the residents playing, this is the place for golf enthusiasts. There are several good courses within a short drive from the villa which are open to the public and a golf range just around the corner. Tennis courts are also close by, free on a first-come basis.
Sadly we are now back home after a two wonderful weeks in your lovely villa - by far one of the best we have rented in many years! The location, peace and quiet and pretty much the non-stop sunshine suited us perfectly. The pool is gorgeous and the villa so clean and well equipped. Wendy and Bill
My husband loved the pool area and the open outlook at the back of the house in particular. He was in his element watching the wildlife around the lake, such as the turtles. We were all impressed with how well-equipped the house was and it made such a difference not having to buy every essential and having coolbags, beach chairs etc. provided. The location of your home is also ideal, within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beaches. All in all, your villa ticked all the boxes and more! It has such a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. Thanks again for letting us stay and for leaving things for us. It really was a home from home. Eilidh, Strathclyde
